Shipping & Returns
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All online orders are sent out as quickly as we can pack them! (This usually means 1-3 days max). Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery thereafter. Orders placed after business hours or over the weekend will not be sent out until the next business day.
How do I return defective goods?
Should you receive damaged product or an incorrect order via The Unexpected Guest website in Australia, please contact sales@theunexpectedguest.com or call us on (02) 87408176 within 24 hours and we will be happy to organize a credit or replacement for you.
Do you ship internationally?
International buyers outside of Australia, please email us with your requests sales@theunexpectedguest.com
