SHIPPING
We deliver by hand, land, air and sea. All online orders are sent via Australia Post or courier. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout.

RETURNS
Should you receive damaged product or an incorrect order via The Unexpected Guest website in Australia, please contact [email protected] or call us on (02) 8740 8176 within 24 hours and we will be happy to organize a credit or replacement for you.

PAYMENT & PROCESSING TIMES
All prices are listed in Australian dollars.  We accept payment via PayPal, debit or credit card. All online orders are sent out as quickly as we can pack them! (This usually means 1-3 days max). Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery thereafter.  Orders placed after business hours or over the weekend will not be sent out until the next business day.

PRIVACY POLICY
When placing your order with us we will store your personal details only to keep you up to date via our monthly newsletter.  You will be removed if requested. The Unexpected Guest will not sell or exchange personal details. Our privacy agreement/policy promises not to share your details with anyone else, not even your birthday or your favorite colour.
